Maddalena currently works
for the family business, Maddalena Design where he designs
and creates custom furnishings to meet specific client needs.
From 1993 until 2000, Maddalena worked for the Detroit based
architecture firm of McIntosh Poris. Here, he worked on the
interior architectural details of numerous large-scale residences.
The projects included are the Soave residence in Grosse Pointe,
Michigan and the Shapiro residence in Birmingham, Michigan.
In 1997, Maddalena took a brief leave of McIntosh Poris to
work at Greg Eitelman Design. Here, he worked extensively
on commercial interiors. The projects included are the Atwater
Brewery in Detroit, Michigan, General Motors Design Studios
in Warren, Michigan and Zoup restaurant in Southfield, Michigan.
