BIOGRAPHY
Scott
Grove creates unique contemporary art. A sculptor for
more than 20 years, Grove has been commissioned by major
corporations such as Eastman Kodak, Bausch and Lomb
and has sculpted public art for the City of Rochester,
New York - in addition to his work for designers, architects
and private collectors. He has won numerous awards and
honors including a DuPont prize for innovative use of
materials.
Grove
is a true craftsmen who uses a broad media mix, ranging
from wood to fiberglass to precious metals. Even with
the newest of manmade materials and modern technology,
his work reflects his respect for the traditional work
ethic.
A
graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Grove
also studied at RIT's School for American Crafts.
